Booking & Payment

Lessons are booked via Email: jaredvheim@gmail.com We accept checks made out to Vincent Studios LLC and all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment for each month of lessons is due on the 28th of the previous month. Auto pay through Stripe is available for a fee of $3.00 per monthly payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a lesson with 2 Hours notice, you'll receive two video lessons that are about 4 minutes long. This will cover music theory and Repertoire.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued. Lesson packages are sold as a reservation for a monthly time slot.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about a charge or service, please contact us directly first—we'll do our best to make it right. If we're unable to resolve the issue together, you may dispute the charge through your payment provider.

Make-Up Lessons

In the event your instructor needs to cancel a lesson, you'll be offered a make-up lesson at a mutually convenient time or a full refund for that session.

Promotions

Any promotional offers, discounts, or package deals are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are non-transferable.
